JUDGMENT
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the suit property has been sold by the respondent in favour of the appellant's son-in-law and the second appeal may be dismissed as settled out of Court. He has made an endorsement to the following effect:
"Since the respondent herein has executed a deed of sale in favour of the appellant's son-in-law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
pursuant to an understanding between the appellant and the respondent, this S.A. is not pressed. It is prayed that the S.A. may be dismissed as settled out of Court."
2.In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the second appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
