] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 676 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District, in S.C.No.96 of 2018 dated 16.03.2021.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
