ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 14.03.2016 in W.P.No.9378 of 2016, has directed the first respondent to consider the petition in R.C.No.14836 of 2014 filed by the petitioners on 12.12.2013, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners as well as to the second respondent and other necessary parties, if any and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the first respondent within the stipulated time limit of eight weeks, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) submitted that the order dated 14.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9378 of 2016 has been complied with by the first respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies in the manner known law, if so advised.
