2.Mr.C.Vigneswaran, the learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent. 3.The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose her appeal dated 27.02.2023, pending before the 1st respondent expeditiously.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.This Court now directs the 1st respondent to dispose the aforesaid appeal of the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today. 2/4
