Heard Mr.A.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned standing counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks site visit certificate and machinery certificate in order to enable it to participate in the tender called by the respondents on 20.02.2026. The grievance of the petitioner is despite the request made by the petitioner on 21.02.2026 for site visit and machinery certificate, the same have not been issued.

3. Mr.E.C.Ramesh, on instructions reports that both the certificates will be handed over to the representative of petitioner by 3.00 P.M., today (25.02.2026).

4. His statement is recorded. This Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
