ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 341 and 294(b) of I.P.C and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, 1984 in Crime No.97 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid a Government Bus and damaged bus glass worth about of Rs.6,000/- Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier the petitioner has committed similar type of offence and a case has been registered against the petitioner in Arcot Police station in Crime No.63 of 2021, for which the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.5509 of 2021 and this Court has also granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 19.03.2021. He would further submit now the petitioner has committed the same offence in this case. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the facts of the case and earlier this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner for similar type of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
