Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-V, Egmore, Chennai and to complying the conditions imposed by the Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.24347 of 2021 dated 14.12.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHILVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24347 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021 to surrender before the concerned Court.
