ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 302 of IPC in Crime No.48 of 2021, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 19.02.2021, there was wordy quarrel between the deceased and the petitioner, in which, the petitioners said to have abused the deceased in filthy language and also banged the head of the deceased on the wall. Due to which, he sustained severe head injuries and succumbed to injuries. Hence, the complaint came to be registered.
3. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that in a wordy quarrel, the petitioners pushed the head of the deceased in the wall and caused serious injuries to him and thereby, committed murder. Now, awaiting for postmortem report and other reports and investigation is not yet completed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the serious nature of the offence and also the fact that investigation is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
