This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9849 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5945 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to continue to appear before the learned Metropolitan MagistrateIV, Saidapet on first working day of every month till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter, the condition imposed on the petitioner stands relaxed.
