Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in relation to the order issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.79398/W5/E1/2012 dated 01.10.2013 confirming the order of the second respondent issued in proceedings No.1957/A2/2012 dated 09.08.2012 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to respondents 1 and 2 to approve the promotion of P.Sudha, P.G. Assistant with effect from 20.12.2010 as

per the order of the Secretary of the School Committee dated 20.12.2010 of the petitioner school.
