PRAYER: Petition filed under Sections 397 & 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the judgment dated 16.12.2015 passed in C.A.No.43 of 2013 by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore modified the conviction and sentence passed against the petitioner by the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam dated 14.02.2013 in C.C.No.51 of 2009 and call for the records and acquit the petitioner / Accused from all the charges.

O R D E R
This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred, challenging the judgment, dated 16.12.2015 passed in C.A.No.43 of 2013 by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore modifying the conviction and sentence passed against the petitioner by the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam dated 14.02.2013 in C.C.No.51 of 2009.
2.Today, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondent appeared before this Court, through virtual mode. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court. He also filed a Joint Compromise Memo, dated 22.01.2022 before this Court to that effect.
3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ complainant is also present and he admitted that he has received https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand only) and also made a submission that he does not want to pursue the matter further. The Joint Compromise Memo, dated 22.01.2022 filed before this Court, shall form part of this order. 4.In view of the Joint Compromise Memo, dated 22.01.2022 filed by both the parties and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of 'as settled out of Court.'
