ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that the permission sought for Jallikattu by the petitioner has not been granted by the respondent authorities.

2. It appears from the order which is sought to be made the basis for the contempt petition that it merely required the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's application. It is also evident that the permission sought by the petitioner has been declined. In the circumstances, there does not appear to have been any deliberate or willful violation of the order of Court.

3. Contempt Petition No.623 of 2021 is disposed of by leaving the petitioner free to make any representation that the petitioner may be entitled to in accordance with law for future permission. There will be no order as to costs.
