On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr. No.237 of 2015 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 10.07.2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam, but, the same has not yet been taken on file.
