Cont.P.No.580 of 2021 W.P.No.2361 of 2020 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with. A reference has also been made in the order dated 22.03.2021 in Lr.No.ASR/CGA/CTO/091/2013/50 by which the request made for appointment on compassionate ground has been rejected. He further submitted that the aforesaid order has also been communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
