ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner, a Forest Guard, questioned the suspension order dated 21.03.2015.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a time limit fixed by this Court.
4. Considering the limited prayer now made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing anything on merits, the respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
