This matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at present the petitioner is residing in Foreign Country and the Registry is insisting for his presence to execute the security bond.

3.Since the Will has already been proved in Foreign Country, pursuant to which, Letters of Administration has also been granted by this Court on 02.11.2023, the presence of the petitioner who is residing in Foreign Country need not be insisted by the Registry to execute the security bond and on the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner can get the bond executed by the petitioner in his place itself and produce the same before this Court.

4.Accordingly, the order dated 02.11.2023 passed by this Court in O.P.No.389 of 2021 is clarified.
