Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the ;incentive along with every month salary to the salesman, Shop Supervisor, bar Supervisor and assistant Shop Salesman (Ex Bar Tenders) of TASMAC shops and bars in terms of the letter issued by 3rd respondent dated 01.07.2013.

O R D E R
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make individual representation praying for payment of incentive increment and the respondents may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation on merits and in accordance with law and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. This Court, heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate appearing for 1st, 2nd and 4th respondents and Mr.C.Kasirajan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 3rd respondent/TASMAC.
3. In the light of endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdraw and liberty as sought for by the petitioner is granted. The 3rd and 4th respondents, as and when they receive the individual representation, are directed to consider the representations on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representations and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
