O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The land acquisition proceedings were challenged in the writ petition. The unsuccessful writ petitioners filed writ appeal. This Court passed an order considering the merits.

2. The findings of this Court would reveal that "it is crystal clear that the appellants in one pretext or the other, want to stall the proceedings thereby not allowing the homeless to have shelter by virtue of land acquisition proceedings initiated by the Government as per provisions of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Harijan Welfare Scheme Act, 1978".

3. Since the Writ Court and Writ Appellate Court concurrently held that the petitioners are not entitled for the relief, by way of present review application, they cannot seek re-adjudication of the issues on merits.

4. Thus, we are not inclined to entertain the Review Application and consequently stands dismissed. No costs.
