2. The following are the undisputed facts:

The money came to be deposited to the credit of the suit, pursuant to directions given by the Division Bench of this Court in O.S.A. CAD. No.136 of 2024 on 12.11.2024. The Division Bench has granted stay of execution of the decree passed in this suit. Since the deposit has been made only pursuant to directions given by the Division Bench of this Court, necessarily the applicant will have to approach the Division Bench and not this Court. In view of the same, the prayers sought for in this application cannot be granted by this Court.

3. Accordingly, this application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to approach the Division Bench, seeking for the very same reliefs in O.S.A. CAD. No.136 of 2024.
