Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and pass suitable orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2015 within a specific time limit.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for direction, directing the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 05.04.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner contended that the writ petitioner is the differently abled person and both his legs were affected by Post Polio Partial Paralysis. Thus, he sustained 80% disability. In view of this, he made the representation to the second respondent to consider his case based on the credentials produced by him. But no action has been taken.

3. In this regard without going into merits of this case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. However there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
