ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case pending in S.C.No.116 of 2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Court), Vellore to any other Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that a nonbailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner and the same is pending.
3. In the Considered view of this Court, since a non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the transfer petition at this stage. The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the Court below to recall the warranat and thereafter, the petitioner can prosecute the transfer petition. In view of the above, this petition is closed for the present by giving liberty to the petitioner to take steps to recall the nonbailable
