This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent police to give protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, her children her father and her mother residing at No.39, Appavu Street, 3rd Floor, Triplicane, Chennai - 600 002.

2. Heard Mr.C.S.Dhansekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents police.

3. A perusal of the complaint filed by the petitioner would reveal that on 21.12.2019 at about 7.00 p.m one Asath and other three persons have trespassed into the petitioner's house and showed a paper stating that the petitioner's husband borrowed loan from them and he has to repay the same for which they directed the petitioner to vacate the house and threatened the petitioner and her three children.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to conduct a detailed enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the counter parties and proceed in accordance with law within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
