] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 409 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgement passed in S.C.No.138 of 2021, dated 22.11.2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
