J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing for the appellants, had already sent a notice to the appellants and sought information from the appellants, with regard to the ownership of the pursuance of the suit property, in order to either conduct the case or withdrawal of the second appeal. However, no information was received from the client. Hence, the learned counsel filed a memo before this court and submitted that the second appeal is abated and prayed for dismissal of the second appeal. In view of the memo filed by the appellants the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No Costs.
