This petition has been filed to modify the conditions that the petitioner/accused should execute a bond each for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with 2 sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem. The sureties should be parents or close relatives are necessary and they should be produce necessary documents to own a valuable property. These conditions were imposed by the Special Court for EC/NDPS Act, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.131 of 2024 dated 22.02.2024. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Having considered the arguments advanced, the condition imposed by the learned Additional District Judge & Presiding Officer, Special Court under EC and NDPS Act Cases, Salem(FAC) in C.M.P.No.131 of 2024 by an order dated 22.02.2024, while granting bail to the petitioners that the petitioners shall produce two sureties for a sum from Rs.25,000/- each is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem. 15.03.2024 rjr C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.
