appointment on 01.06.2015 based on the proposal forwarded by the Fourth School dated 26.08.2015 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment with interest, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, approval for the appointment of the Petitioner in the school of the Fourth Respondent was granted and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
