2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appears for the second respondent. Though the first respondent is served with the notice, none appeared for the first respondent.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, I am of the view that the petition may be allowed subject to the condition that the claimants shall not be entitled to interest for the delay period of 282 days. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
