(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) The above petition has been filed complaining that the order dated 28.6.2017 made in W.P.No.15907 of 2017 has not been complied with.

2. Heard Mr.K.Balu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, by his letter dated 07.9.2018, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition on the ground that the OTS proposal given by the respondent has been accepted by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, permission is granted and this contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
