Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been implicated as accused in Crime No.380 of 2019. 2.In view of the submission so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3.Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to proceed further in the manner known to law.
