2576 sq.ft. In T.S.No.1344 situated at Block No.15 Ward No.2, Subramaniaswamy Koil Street, Thirupathur Town, Vellore District, within a stipulated period.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request has not been considered so far. At this stage, this Court is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. However, considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation on 09.11.2016 which is sought to be disposed of in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 2nd respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
