Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.172 of 2023, charge sheet has been filed before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.1382 of 2025.
