(CRIME NO.9 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30. a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P No.2530/2022 dated 03.02.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2530 of 2022 by an order dated 03.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every 1st and 15th every month.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every first and fifteenth of every month until further orders.
