This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 257 days in representing the civil Revision Petition in CRP SR.41562 of 2019.

2. Even though this court accepted the reasons assigned in the affidavit, considering the inordinate delay, is inclined to allow the petition on payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
