This application has been filed by the applicants to receive the additional documents on behalf of the defendants in the suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that as they were not able to file the documents along with the written statement, seeks to receive the additional documents on their side.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as the documents are all xerox copies, if the original or certified copies are marked, they have no objection in receiving the additional documents.

4. In view of the above submissions, this application is Ordered. The applicants are directed to file original or certified copy of the documents and the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.
