CRIME NO.496/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax condition imposed to the petitioner report before the Inspector of police, M3 Puzhal Police Station, Chennai, once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders of this Hon'ble Court on 11.12.2019 vide Crl.M.P.No.18451 of 2019 in Crl.OP.No.29201 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.LAKSHMIKANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18451 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.29201 of 2019, dated 11.12.2019.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 11.12.2019.

In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18451 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.29201 of 2019, dated 11.12.2019 is modified to the effect that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once in a month i.e., on the 1st working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." -sd/- 20/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
