This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1439 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1439 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police twice a month (1st and 3rd Monday at 10.30. am).
