(CRIME NO.556 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl OP No.22257 of 2021 dated 01.12.2021 and thus render justice.

Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22257 of 2021, dated 01.12.2021.

3.Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition for relaxation stands dismissed. The petitioner is directed to comply with the condition of report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday.
