Application Nos.1266, 1268, 1269 and 1270 of 2020 in O.P.Nos.995 to 998 of 2018 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

These applications have been filed to direct the Arbitrator, the Collector Chennai, third respondent herein to dispose of the arbitration proceedings in R.C.No.J915681/2011 within a reasonable time.

2. This Court vide order dated 04.07.2019 in O.P.Nos.995 to 998 of 2018 has set aside the award passed by the learned Arbitrator and the matter was remanded back to the District Collector to decide the issue afresh without influencing any observation made by this Court.

3. This Court has passed an order in the year 2019, however, it is the contention of the applicant that no further steps have been taken to dispose of the arbitration proceedings. In such view of the matter, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the above arbitration proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
