This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.29076 of 2015, dated 07.01.2016.

2.Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, three service connections have been disconnected. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner's grievance is that there is one more service

connection to be disconnected. However, this was not the submission before the Writ Court.

3.In the light of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the Authorities to take action in accordance with law, if they find any illegality for the fourth connection, nothing prevents the Officer from exercising the Statutory Powers in inspecting and if any illegality found, it is always open for disconnection.
