This criminal Appeal has been filed against the judgment and order of the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai dated 29.08.2011 in Crl. Appeal No.230 of 2010 acquitting the 2nd respondent/ accused convicted by the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai.
