This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 06.05.2015 given by the petitioner and to file a final report within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 06.05.2015 to the respondent Police by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the second respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
