The matter is heard through "Video Conference". 2.

This criminal revision case has been filed to call for the records of the Family Court in FC.CMP.No....of 2016 in F.C.MC.No.20 of 2015 and set aside the order dated 08.01.2016. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that he would not get any instructions with regard to the compliance of the order dated 06.07.2021.

The revision petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. The respondent filed the petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., before the Family Court, Dharmapuri, in FC.MC.20/2015 claiming maintenance from the petitioner. The said order was set exparte. The Magistrate has passed an order, directing the husband to pay maintenance of Rs.1,000/- per month and to pay Rs.20,000/- per year towards medical and other expenses.

Subsequently, the petitioner has filed FC.C.M.P.No...of 2016, to set aside the exparte decree and the same was dismissed. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed revision before this Court.

It appears that the conditional order dated 08.02.2016, the petitioner has not obeyed the said order passed by the Family Court, Dharmapuri. Subsequently, on 06.07.2021, this Court passed the conditional order that the husband has to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- on or before 26.07.2021 and the same was not complied with.

After perusing the order, I find that the impugned order passed by the trial Court does not suffer from any irregularity or illegality or warranting interference in this criminal revision.
