This petition is filed to condone the delay of six days in filing this Second Appeal.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to viral fever suffered by the petitioner, he could not meet his counsel at Coimbatore which resulted in the delay.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow this application.
4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petitioner, the delay of six days is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
6. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve the copy of the typed set of papers in this appeal and also in the connected S.A.No.1111 of 2021 to counsel appearing for the respondent.
