ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the Crime No.1173 of 2014 with sincerity and dedication, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's husband went missing in the year 2014 in respect of which the police have registered a case under "Man missing" in Crime No.1173 of 2014, which is still pending.

Now, this petitioner wants transfer of investigation in Crime No.1173 of 2014 on the ground that her in-laws should be implicated. Be that as it may, it is always open to the petitioner to file a Habeas Corpus Petition before the concerned Court for production of her husband. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with the above liberty.
