Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents and their men and agents from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession, enjoyment and occupation, including from demolishing the building in respect of the premises bearing Door No.29/26, Perumal Koil Street, Ariyalur Taluk and District, comprised in Natham Survey No.555/61-E and Survey No.555/60, Ariyalur Town measuring to an extent of 2589 sq.ft. without issuing Notice under the Land Acquisition Act and conducting a detail enquiry including offering personal hearing to the petitioner. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate would submit that the apprehension under which, the writ petition filed is baseless because the respondents have no plan for initiating any land acquisition proceedings against the petitioner.
