When the matter is called, Mr.C.Manishankar, Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.M.Elumalai, Government Advocate by producing a copy of the letter of the University Grants Commission dated 01.10.2017 addressed to the Vice Chancellor, Mother Teresa Women's University, Tamil Nadu and a letter dated 25.09.2017 addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, Higher Education (H1) Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9 would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. 3.
