Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to fix a time and to dispose of the O.A.No.310/932/2017 dated 16.06.2017 at the earliest pending on the file of 1st respondent.

2. The writ petitioner seeks for a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal to dispose of the subject proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

initiated by him before the Tribunal. The grievance expressed is that the matter could not be taken up for disposal since one of the Members of the Bench is not sitting.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that there cannot be any impediment for the Single Member to take up the matter and pass appropriate interim order or grant any emergent relief. Therefore, we direct the Central Administrative Tribunal to take up the matter and to pass orders, if any, by way of interim relief or otherwise, on merits and in accordance with law, at the earliest.
