These applications have been filed to raise the orders of attachment passed by this Court dated 23.11.2010.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant/2nd respondent submitted that the borrower i.e. the applicant herein has settled the amount due to the first respondent - Finance Company and in this regard the receipts dated 30.03.2018 have been filed before this Court in the typed set of papers.

3. In view of the fact that the amount has been fully settled by the borrower to the Finance Company, there can be no impediment to raise the attachment orders passed by this Court dated 23.11.2010. As such, the orders of attachment made in A.Nos.4882 and 4884 of 2010 are hereby raised. This order shall be communicated to the concerned Sub Registrar Office for making necessary endorsement in the concerned Register.
