This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents herein to issue direction to the concerned officer to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that, a petition enquiry is pending with the Central Crime Branch, XVI-A Team, Vepery, Chennai based on the complaint dated 14.05.2015 given by the petitioner. Hence the said Team is directed to expeditiously conduct an enquiry as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
