This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32491 of 2024, dated 08.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32491 of 2024, dated 08.01.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, twice a month (1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 am).
